Words cannot express the deep appreciation and gratitude we have for the Bowser-Johnson Funeral Chapel. The late Larry Johnson, Harriett Johnson, Wanda Cowan Handy, and the complete staff looked after both of my parents on separate occasions, and for the Celebration of Life service for our dear friend Rita Wolf. They went above and beyond to give my dearly departed parents the compassionate care they needed, especially my father who had experienced the physical ravages of Alzheimer's Disease. Every detail was taken care of to make things easier for us as a family; financial, caskets, interment, services, limousines, and most importantly, the printed programs. The programs for Daisy Jacqueline Pittman, James Eugene Pittman, and Rita D, Wolf were works of art that deeply reflected who they were. Bowser Johnson believes everyone should be treated with compassion and dignity. They make extremely difficult times easier to bear, and truly honor your loved ones with their exceptional, professional and knowledgeable care. We are forever grateful for their help during some of the most crushing moments of our life.

The Williams family would like to personally thank the Bowser Johnson Funeral Chapel for their exceptional professionalism, care, and support that they provided for my Grandfathers Funeral. We would like to especially thank Mrs. Harriet and Tamyra for all the guidance they provided in assisting us with making the arrangements for the service. We are beyond grateful for everything that you did and provided for our family during this tough time. I highly recommend these ladies to anyone in need of funeral services and they can help families outside of Topeka so definitely give them a call.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to have had our precious grandbaby in the loving hands of the staff at Bowser Johnson Funeral Chapel. Tamyra went above and beyond to make sure our baby was handled with as much love and care as possible. She bathed and dressed him in a cozy outfit and wrapped him in a soft blanket and laid him in a bassinet she brought from home. When we walked in to say our final goodbye he looked like he was peacefully sleeping. She talked with him as if he were still with us and made sure our final moments with him were precious and comforting. I was able to hold him and send him on his final journey with peace in my heart knowing he was in the care of such a lovely soul. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to see us through such a devastating loss, I felt a large weight lift off my heart walking out of that building because I knew our grandson wasn’t alone in a cold room, he was surrounded by love. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
